Topping the list Qatar, India, Morocco and then Oman. Followed by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Singapore, Greece, and the UAE to complete the top 10.

Oman issues over 11,000 industrial licenses and customs, tax exemptions
The number of applications submitted for the import of raw materials and machinery, for which a tax exemption was issued for through the ‘Bayan’ system, amounted to 2871 permits for the GCC countries.
The Ministry confirmed that industrial establishments must apply for customs exemption before importing their items through the ‘Bayan’ system.
